  1. I made two loaves . . . one is still resting in the refrigerator and I will bake it today . . . it's been there for 2 days, and consequently it should taste more sour . . . hope so. This is the result of a 3-day process using the NYTimes recipe! WOW! I will try it again in a week . . . two weeks ago, I made two loaves of bread using my old Tassajara bread recipe . . . and they were just delicious!!! That process takes3 risings and 4-6 hours, which can easily be done in a day.
